GENERAL HOUSE RULES
Dear guests, in order to make your stay at the Hotel Linda even more pleasant, we ask you to read the following house rules and pass them on to all fellow travelers.
Please note that the general terms and conditions (GTC) of the Hotel-Linda also apply - we will be happy to send them to you as a PDF.
• In order to comply with public order and the house rules, the hotel employees are entitled to instruct every guest to be banned from the house.
• Open flames and smoking are prohibited in the stairwell, corridor, breakfast room, sanitary areas and hotel rooms. In the event of a violation, we will charge a cleaning fee of €250.
• Hotel rooms and their equipment, as well as the hotel property is not to be damaged.
• We ask you to report any complaints in the room or inconveniences caused by the hotel staff to the reception immediately.
• We must point out that any damage caused by you is to be compensated to the hotel and you will be charged for it.
• Check-In from 2.00 P.M.
• Latest Check-In 6.00 P.M.
• Check-Out until 12.00 A.M.
• When leaving the hotel, please close the room door. We also ask you to hand in your room key at reception when you check out. Losing the room key will result in a charge of €30.
• For security reasons, it is not allowed to lean out of the windows - they may only be opened for ventilation. The windowsill may not be used as a seat and nothing may be thrown or shouted out of the windows.
• Persons not booked in the hotel are only permitted access to the rooms after prior registration at the reception. The hotel can refuse access in individual cases.
• When using the W-LAN (if available), the provisions of data protection for the protection of children and young people must be observed. Violations must be reported.
• Between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. we ask you to be considerate about the night's rest and not to disturb other guests. Persons who violate the house rules can be denied another stay.
• The use of electrical devices brought along, such as hotplates, grills or similar, is not permitted.
• In the event of a fire, we ask that you refer to the evacuation plan that is on the inside of your room door. We also ask you to inform the reception immediately.
• The hotel expressly accepts no liability for the loss of valuables (particularly jewelry and cash).
• We reserve the right to dissolve the existing contract and to stop services from those guests if they disregard the house rules and the behavior of the guest causes damage to the hotel or other guests. Thank you for your attention and for observing these house rules. If you have any further questions about your stay, we are always at your disposal.
